Micro Bi-Metal Temperature gauges are having helically shaped bimetal strip, which is used to convert temperature change in to mechanical displacement. The Strip consists of two strips bonded together throughout the length of different metals having different coefficient of thermal expansion, which forces the flat strip to bend one way when heated and in the opposite direction when cooled proportional to change in temperature. These gauges are simple in construction yet rugged and making it reliable measuring instrument across the industries to measure temperature.
